Casa Escuinapa is a family-owned taco catering business founded by Maria De Jesus Ramos and Jose Estrada, a husband-and-wife team with roots in Escuinapa, Sinaloa, and Sonora. What started as a simple dream of cooking the food they grew up with and sharing it with others quickly turned into a passion project fueled by love, community, and flavor.​

With a strong desire to bring people together through authentic Mexican food, Maria and Jose began with their specialty: traditional taquizas made with bold spices, fresh ingredients, and recipes passed down through generations. As their dreams grew, so did the menu, now offering a full breakfast bar, homemade desserts, and classic Mexican dishes that reflect the richness of their heritage.
