Welcome to Casa Escuinapa! By accessing this website or booking our catering services, you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions. These are in place to protect both you and us. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

What We Cater To:
We cater to all types of events, big or small with our minimum being 50 people! Some of the events we cater include: weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, quinceaneras, graduations, holiday parties, military events, and much more.
If your party is held on a military base, we are able to enter but please still mention that as you contact us.
We proudly serve in southern California. If you are outside of our service area, please contact us, we may still be able to accommodate your event!
Additional travel fees will apply for events outside our standard service radius.
On Site Service Details
We aim to make your event as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here's what you can expect from us:
What's included in Our Service:
* ✅ Food Setup: 2 tables; one for our 3 chafing dishes and one for our toppings. We may bring an additional table if we have more than 2 aguas frecas.
* ✅ Plates, Utensils, and Napkins: we provide disposable plates, napkins, and utensils for all guests for our food. However, if you have decorative plates, utensils, and napkins that you would like us to use, then we'll replace ours for your equipment.
* ✅ Serving Time: Our standard serving time is 2 hours. Additional time can be requested for an extra charge of $100 for each hour.
* ✅ Set-Up/Clean-Up (Our Station): Our setting up/cleaning up time is 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes each. We will be responsible for setting up and cleaning up our cooking and serving area before we leave.
What Is NOT Included:
* ❌ Guest Table Setup or Cleanup: We do not provide full table service such as setting up guest tables, clearing plates, or trash cleanup as of right now.
* ❌ Beverages: The only beverages that we include are the agua frescas, but we don't offer beverages such as sodas, water, or juices.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we ask our customers to:
1. Provide Sufficient Space: Please make sure there is a designated space for our set up
2. Parking and Unloading Access: Please provide clear access for unloading our equipment and setting up. If stairs or long distances are involved, please let us know beforehand.
3. Permit Approval (if necessary): If your event is held in a public space (park, venue, etc.), no worry as we have insurance and permit.
4. Final Guest Count: Provide us with the final guest count at least a week before your event to ensure accurate food preparation.
Payment Methods
To make your booking process simple, here's everything you need to know about payments:
* Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your event date. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
* Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the event before service begins.

Property Rights
* All content on this website, including logos, images, and text is the property of Casa Escuinapa unless otherwise stated.
* You may not
- Use, reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute our content without written/spoken permission
- Share or repost our food photos, staff images, or event set-ups for commercial purposes without consent
- Imply endorsement or affiliation with Casa Escuinapa without our approval.
Unauthorized use of our materials will result in legal action!
